NSW: Police investigate spate of armed robberies

Police say three armed robberies that happened in Sydney's north-west overnight could be linked.

In three separate incidents .. two armed men wearing balaclavas and carrying a firearm
.. robbed service stations in Carlingford .. Pennant Hills .. and West Ryde.

In each incident .. staff were threatened .. and cash and cigarettes were stolen.

Police say they're looking for two men described as being of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean
appearance .. and aged in their early twenties.
