`Old' Harry back in the booth // Revitalized Caray calls his 44th home opener

If Mike Ditka is "Iron Mike," Harry Caray probably should bethe "Iron Man Behind the Mike."

Caray returns today to call his 44th home opener when the Cubshost the Pirates (Ch. 9, 1:20 p.m.) and says he hasn't lost a step.

"I feel great. I feel so good right now, if people wouldn'tremind me about the stroke, I wouldn't even think about it," saidCaray, who began broadcasting professional baseball with theCardinals in 1944.

"It hasn't affected me at all. The people that talk and writeto me don't think it has either. Before, I was carrying around anextra 41 pounds - and that plays hell with your blood pressure."
